Otra nueva importantissima new:"Modern Family" star Julie Bowen is set to begin producing an adaptation of the popular Colombian novela "La Hipocondríaca." The show follows the story of a Type A hypochondriac who receives a fatal diagnosis and puts herself, plus family and friends, through a journey of alleged self discovery which ends up being more self destructive. Its US adaptation will be scripted by Robin Shorr from "The Middle,” who will also exec produce with Bowen, as well as George Salinas and Jaime Aymerich of Crossover Entertainment.
